Duolingo was under pressure post-earnings after it said its drive to gain subscribers would mean slower earnings growth and narrower profit margins in the short term. Compass, Rocket Partner on Home Listing Initiative

Real estate firm Compass announced a new partnership with Rocket Companies that would expand its visibility among potential home buyers on property listings platform Redfin. Compass says the three-year alliance will allow its home listing inventory to be displayed on Rocket's Redfin website and app, and also lead to more favorable Rocket Mortgage pricing for Compass clients.
